This site helps Human Resources and Benefit Managers understand and manage the administration of their benefit plan.
The employer dashboard displays a summary profile, including the coverage types and group options offered as well as descriptive details of the employer's plan. Employers with multiple groups, whether large or small, are eligible to further delineate them by viewing them as components within the main company. This gives the Employer the ability to quickly locate members and their information, but also allows flexibility for firms who have more sophisticated benefit structures.
All reports are real-time and available to users who have been granted access by HSR. We offer three commonly used reports: Benefit Utilization, Specific Report, and Claims & Summary. HSR can also add custom reports created specifically for Employers and/or Brokers. All reports have the ability to be automated for specific periods of time.
