In addition, providers can upload claims via several methods without any transaction costs. In essence, a provider can send claims directly to HSR for free!
Providers who want to receive electronic remittance advice (ERA) or electronic funds transfers (EFTs) can simply input their necessary data and HSR's system does the rest.
To view eligibility and coverage, you must first choose HSR, then enter a Member ID of the primary insured. Select "Primary Insured" or "Dependents," then click "Details."
